Good fast paces Western story. Good guys win, bad guys lose, but hey that is why we read western adventures. This 2nd book picks up with the Grady settling into ranch life with his family. Trying hard to turn away from the violence of the past (from first book), but individuals keep pushing him and pestering the weak and a man can only be pushed so far or see evil for so long before he acts. Won't give away the plot but an enjoyable quick evening read. Look forward to more in the series.Product details

Short book but a very good author. I will read more of his books.because you can't put them down.
Liked it a lot! I seem to like all of this authors western books.
Written like a grade B TV western. Neither of the two books in this series by Hartenhoff were an enjoyable read.
This is another short story like the first one but it is a well written story. I prefer longer story but I liked this.Enjoy
An interesting story premise whose style rounded me of Dusty Richards. I enjoyed the book purely for its entertainment value.
